The Phoenix real estate market can only be described as vibrant, energetic and extremely competitive!

Very affordable home prices, low interest rates and incentives (seller paid closing costs are still commonplace) make for an exceptional buyer‘s market. Today’s buyer has an excellent opportunity to own their dream home, the one that was out of reach just a few short years ago.

While home prices are still low, conditions have improved in many sub-markets, like the southeast valley (Chandler/Gilbert/Tempe) to name one. In these areas the property values have begun to increase. That being said, there are nice bargains to be had in all areas with the right representation.

For sellers, the market remains challenging, but again, there is improvement in many parts of the Phoenix Metro area. Having a great a listing agent continues to be an important facet of creating the best possible outcome.

We have seen the return of real estate investors, out of state and foreign buyers. The new home market has also improved. Overall, the Phoenix Metro market appears to be on the rebound.
