I am married with two children (both now grown & successful). My wife, Patti, works for the Kyrene School District. We live in Chandler and both have been in Arizona for over 30 years. A lot of changes have happened over this time. I have been in real estate sales since May 2004 and I am also a real estate investor, which helps in understanding the needs in that area.

Short Sales for Homeowners that are Current?

Some homeowners are current on their mortgages, but face hardships too. Some face transfers, others have to move near elderly parents who need them nearby, and a miriad of other reasons. I have heard both pro and con that lenders will accept Short Sales on homes that have producing loans. I would love to hear from you what your experiences have been.
